Job summary

Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide maintenance and technical support for Sullair products at customer field locations.

You will install, troubleshoot, and document service visits, and coordinate with the Field Service Manager to ensure timely issue resolution. The role requires hands-on experience with rotary compressors, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (related experience may be considered).
• Associate’s degree a plus.
• Technical Trade School a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Sullair rotary products at field sites without supervision.
• Travel to field sites for troubleshooting and service on Sullair and competitive rotary products.
• Submit expense reports, prepare service reports, and manage timecards; arrange travel as needed.
