Job summary

Hitachi Global Air Power US, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician - HAC to provide maintenance and technical support for Sullair products at customer sites in Modesto and surrounding areas. You will install, service and troubleshoot rotary air compressors and related equipment, documenting visits and generating detailed reports.

The role requires 2–3 years of compressor experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of air compressor commissioning and maintenance experience.
• Experience with rotary screw oil-free compressors is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs service on Sullair rotary products at field sites with minimal supervision.
• Travels to customer locations for troubleshooting and service.
• Prepare and submit service reports, logs, and timecards.
• Assist the Training Department with customer and distributor training.
• Ensure service quality aligns with department goals.
