Responsibilities

• Meet installers at job sites and introduce to customers and set expectations.
• Coordinate with homeowners, installers, and sales team to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect deliveries and manage inventory for each job.
• Troubleshoot installations and report findings to management.
• Carry out minor repairs and assist service technicians.
• Complete all reporting accurately and on time.
• Visit each project at least once to perform walkthroughs.
