Job summary

Lincoln Electric Company in Irving, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site and in-house service for industrial automation equipment, including troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and training. This role entails extensive travel (80–100%) to customer sites across the territory, with home time on weekends where possible.

You will work with electrical, mechanical, PLC/HMI, robotic systems (Fanuc/ABB), and will read electrical/mechanical prints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Associates degree in electrical/mechatronics or robotics encouraged.
• 4+ years electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service including troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, and training.
• Travel to customer sites 80-100% to support projects.
• Perform on-site and in-house service and support as needed.
• Read electrical and mechanical prints to install and troubleshoot equipment.
• Document all work and report outcomes in a timely manner.
