This is an 80-100% travel position with weekends at home when possible, covering customer sites and company locations. Ideal candidates have electrical/mechatronics experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read electrical/mechanical prints.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Associates degree in electrical/mechatronics/robotics preferred.
• 4+ years electrical troubleshooting experience.
• 5+ years field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, testing, installations and maintenance.
• Deliver consistent, positive customer service experience.
• Work on-site at customer facilities or company locations.
• Travel 80-100% of the time; support installations and startup.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints.
• Support equipment installation and start-up; assist with projects as needed.
