Lincoln Electric is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site and customer-site support across a range of industrial automation equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and training with heavy travel and weekend territory control.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), plus 5+ years of field service experience and PLC/HMI/robotic process knowledge.

Formación

• Minimum required: high school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Associates degree in electrical/mechanical/mechatronics/robotics is preferred.
• 5+ years of field service experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field service and support including troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance, and training.
• Travel 80-100% to customer sites or company locations; weekends at home territory 1 week per month.
• Deliver technical support, testing, installs, and maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform industrial electrical/mechanical troubleshooting across PLC, HMI, robotics, networks.
• Start-up, commissioning, and rigging/wiring as needed for installations.
• Complete all service documentation on time and accurately.
• Identify potential future opportunities with customers during visits.
