Job summary

NCR Voyix’s Field Services Team is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Erie, PA to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems for leading retailers and restaurants. The role involves traveling within the territory, providing prompt service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Training is provided by NCR Voyix, and employees receive a company vehicle for business use, medical insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays. Overtime and rotating shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to Erie, PA area is required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
