Job summary

NCR Voyix in Erie, PA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to deliver on-site service for our self-checkout and electromechanical systems. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory, work rotating shifts, and travel as needed while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are locally based, possess a valid driver's license, and can communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
