Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Williamsport, PA. You will perform installations, maintenance and service calls on electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory. This role emphasizes prompt, customer-focused problem solving and hands-on technical work.

Qualifications

• Local candidate in the Williamsport, PA area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid driver's license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills required.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls
