NCR Voyix in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our frontline service team. You will diagnose, repair and install equipment for large retail clients, with on-site visits and hands-on support.

This role emphasizes safety, customer communication and rapid issue resolution, using NCR Voyix training to deliver timely solutions. The position requires travel within your region, rotating shifts, and the ability to lift heavy parts.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Prolonged travel with long driving days.
• Rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Carrying and lifting tools and equipment up to 75 lbs without assistance and 150 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service to large retail customers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using NCR Voyix training.
• Communicate openly with customers as frontline responder.
• Support operation of global commerce through reliable field work.
