Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Field Service Technician – 100% to execute and train on major component replacements and repairs across the Invenergy fleet. You will ensure all operations and maintenance follow Invenergy safety policies and procedures.

Expect to travel away from home in 4-week intervals and return for a week off. Must reside in one of the listed states to support field operations across Nebraska, New Mexico, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, or Texas.

Qualifications

• One year of technical experience or technical education.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders, and handle heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group with internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on multiple platforms.
• Train site personnel in safety, maintenance, and ops support systems.
• Lead teams in major component replacements and repairs across platforms.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
• Understand functions of equipment platforms to support maintenance.
• Perform site inspections and generate reports.
• Complete daily and monthly reporting.
• Write and revise replacement procedures.
• Ensure activities align with Invenergy safety policies.
• Travel 4-week intervals away from home with one week off.
