Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Field Service Technician – 100%, traveling to sites across the Invenergy fleet. You will perform major component replacements and repairs and ensure safety is upheld in all operations.

Must reside in one of the listed states (including Oklahoma) and be prepared for 4-week travel intervals away from home, with a week off. You will troubleshoot, train site personnel, and document activities in required reports.

Qualifications

• One year of technical experience or equivalent education.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to work at heights over 80 meters (250 feet).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group to internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in multiple equipment platforms
• Train site personnel in Operations activities including safety, maintenance and support systems
• Lead teams to perform major component replacements and repairs on multiple platforms
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems
• Understand and operate various equipment platforms
• Perform site inspections and compile reports
• Complete daily and monthly reporting requirements
