Job summary

Glory Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Albany, GA. You will diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, install updates, and track parts/tools while maintaining strong customer communication.

Requires 3–5 years of field service experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Company offers comprehensive benefits and shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with AC/DC power distribution and analog/digital circuitry.
• Repair experience on high-speed equipment (check sorters, currency sorters, ATMs) preferred.
• 3–5 years of field service repair experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and make repairs.
• Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or down systems.
• Complete machine installations and hardware/software upgrades requiring technical assistance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete EH&S training.
