Job summary

PSI Engineering is seeking a Field Service Technician based in the United States to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and support PSI equipment at customer sites.

You will travel to client locations, work with advanced automation technology, and collaborate with engineers and customers to ensure performance and reliability. This role offers hands-on technical work with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Field Service experience in machinery servicing.
• Technical certificate or degree in the field.
• Mechanical and electrical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot printer and automation equipment at customer sites.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation.
• Diagnose errors and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to resolve issues.
• Maintain on-site installation, repair, and test tasks.
• Submit service tickets and daily reports in the ERP system.
