Location: Remote + 70% travel
Supporting West Coast regions including Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; Tacoma, Washington; Everett, Washington; Spokane, Washington; Boise, Idaho; Northern and Southern California. Candidates should ideally be located near a major airport due to travel requirements.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment at customer facilities across the assigned regions.
Conduct customer training sessions and technical demonstrations to ensure optimal equipment utilization.
Provide technical support via phone and remote channels to resolve customer issues promptly.
Support distributors and sales teams with expert technical knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist with trade shows and customer events, maintaining detailed customer records and service documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Experience supporting CNC machining, industrial automation, or manufacturing equipment preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 70%, including overnight and short, 2-3 day trips.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a home-based territory support model.
