Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Operations Tech in Bellevue, WA to support production and QA teams. You will perform PCB soldering, assembly, rework, and repair, install and repair components, and conduct functional and electrical testing of PCB assemblies.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration with engineering to resolve issues and drive process improvements. Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electronic assemblies to the component level.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and documentation requirements.
• Technical certification or training in electronics or PCB assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough-hole and SMT PCB soldering, assembly, rework, and repair.
• Install, replace, and repair electronic components while protecting PCBs.
• Conduct functional and electrical testing of PCB assemblies using established procedures.
• Interpret test results, identify failures, and document findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Our client, electronics manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Operations Tech to join their team. As a Production Operations Tech, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operations Tech

Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $27 – $29

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm

What’s the Job?

• Perform thorough-hole and surface-mount (SMT) PCB soldering, assembly, rework, and repair.
• Install, replace, and repair electronic components while preventing damage to printed circuit boards.
• Conduct functional and electrical testing of PCB assemblies using established test procedures.
• Interpret test results, identify failures, and accurately document test findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

What’s Needed?

• Experience working in a high-reliability electronics manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies to the component level.
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and documentation requirements.
• Technical certification or training in electronics, PCB assembly, or related fields.
