Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related work experience required.
- High School Diploma required.
- OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification required or provided upon employment.
- Experience in home remodeling and replacement windows/doors, vinyl siding, roofing, and gutters.
Responsibilities
- Confirm all scheduled services 1-2 days in advance to ensure readiness.
- Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
- Review customer details and service requirements, including instructions.
- Perform services efficiently, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Complete assigned services within designated timeframes and maintain quality.
- Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely communication for issues needing further resolution.
