Job summary
Zero Zone, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to support large and small supermarket and industrial customers.
You will conduct store/site visits, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair within assigned locations, ensuring proper installation and operation of refrigeration equipment. Role requires a technical degree or certification and 3-5 years of related experience, with travel to various sites.
Qualifications
- Technical degree or certification in related field; 3-5 years of refrigeration service experience.
- Experience with industrial refrigeration applications and installation of refrigerated cases is a plus.
- Wiring schematics and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Inspect installation for proper leveling, sealing, piping and refrigeration practices.
- Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment on-site.
- Assist installers and provide on-site technical support.
- Complete reports and attend regional meetings.
