Job summary

CBG Biotech is seeking a results-driven Field Service Technician for installation, maintenance, and repair of recycling units at various customer locations. The role requires significant travel (50-75%) and strong technical skills in electrical circuitry and mechanical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a field service technician role (preferred).
• Valid Ohio driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics, diagrams and manuals accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and/or repair of CBG recycling units.
• Document service data, photos and action tickets into CBG’s ERP system.
• Support Production Department with equipment builds and testing.

Skills

Proficiency with electrical circuitry and wiring

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Solid computer skills using Microsoft and ERP software

Competency with hand tools and meters

General knowledge of plumbing
