Qualifications

• Follows SOPs and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues in real time.
• Test and validate system functionality post-install.
• Document service activities and reports for each installation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of parts.
• Provide on-site client interaction and basic training.
• Escalate field risks or delays as needed.
• Support throughput targets across sites.
• Collaborate with FSM and Program teams to optimize execution.
