Job summary

The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills and a high level of customer interaction, with travel required within the Washington DC-Baltimore area and beyond. Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, connection drawings, and mechanical blueprints.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours and stay overnight at job sites when needed.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the turn-key installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues on-site.
• Maintain close communication with customers throughout service visits.

Skills

Solid understanding of electrical systems

Hands-on experience with large industrial machinery

Effective verbal communication in English

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong troubleshooting skills

Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Polish)
