Job summary

Environmental Specialties designs and manufactures controlled walk-in and reach-in environmental chambers used in pharma, biotech, museums and academia. We seek a Field Service Technician to perform field service, troubleshooting, repairs, retrofits, and preventive maintenance on environmental chambers and laboratory equipment.

Candidates will execute calibrations, testing, and validations while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Refrigeration experience is required.
• Proficiency with electrical/electronic systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service: refrigeration system repair and electrical/controls repair.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibrations, and validations.
• Assist with training and service manuals as needed.
• Travel to customer sites and maintain vehicle and tools.
