Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC and refrigeration technology.
• Experience with industrial electrical/electronic technology.
• CFC certification (Type I/II).
• Ability to travel to customer sites (30-40%).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform Refrigeration System Repair, Electrical/Controls System Repair, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Provide field testing, calibration, and validation services.
• Travel to customer sites to service environmental chambers.
• Produce accurate service tickets and final reports.
• Assist with service training and updates to manuals.
• Maintain a safe, organized vehicle and work area.
