Job summary

ACS Building Services is seeking a Field Technician to perform post-construction cleaning and routine maintenance on active and post-construction sites across the Phoenix metropolitan area.

The Field Technician will work as part of a crew, follow safety protocols, and complete daily documentation while delivering quality work to client standards. The role requires physical activity, indoor/outdoor work, and the ability to transport equipment between sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required
• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, construction labor, or a related trades environment is preferred but not required
• On-the-job training is provided
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for any vehicle operation, but not required at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Performs post-construction cleaning on commercial buildings including sweeping, scrubbing, wiping surfaces and removing debris
• Cleans interior and exterior commercial windows using professional tools and equipment
• Operates pressure washing equipment to clean façades, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces
• Performs floor care services including maintenance of carpet, concrete, tile, and vinyl surfaces
• Completes specialty cleaning assignments as directed by Lead Technician or Supervisor
• Operates company vehicles to travel between job sites as assigned
• Adheres to site safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Inspects and reports tool/equipment issues to supervisor
• Communicates task progress and site conditions to Lead Technician
• Completes daily timekeeping and incident/near‑miss reports
