Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a full-time service technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair beverage equipment at customer locations in Hurricane, UT. You will perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, fountain, ice, and frozen beverage machinery, ensuring safe operation and timely service.

This role requires a valid CDL with interstate status, EPA Section 608 certification, refrigeration Type I/II where applicable, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Requires CDL with non-excepted interstate status and DOT compliance.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required (if applicable).
• Refrigeration certification Type I/II is required (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, fountain, ice, and frozen beverage equipment at customer accounts.
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine best repair or replacement solution.
• Install equipment by routing lines, connecting product, water and gas supply, and ensuring drainage; fill and adjust equipment to correct mixture.
• Prioritize and schedule service and preventative maintenance calls to meet customer service windows.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep, document each service call, and maintain parts inventory on the service truck while building relationships.
