Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of related field experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), SQL, Windows 7/10, and firewall configurations.
• ERP software experience (SNOW) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform field repairs on parking access and building systems, software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot network devices and set up LAN configurations with on-site support.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance and document work orders in ERP.
• Provide effective customer service and coordinate with support teams.
