Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics is desired.
• Minimum five years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical machines in the field.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnights as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field service calls at customer sites for installation, commissioning, repairs, preventive maintenance, audits, retrofits and training.
• Perform mechanical and electrical modifications including PLC programming and servo drive configuration.
• Prepare and deliver site visit meetings with customers to explain the work performed.
• Achieve service delivery goals: response time, first-time-fix, customer satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of all service activities and provide equipment feedback for quality improvements.
