EAM-Mosca Corp. in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Field Service Technician with a strong electromechanical background to support our strapping solutions.

You will install, service, and troubleshoot equipment on-site and remotely, and coordinate with engineering for optimal customer outcomes. Applicants should have 3+ years in field maintenance, be able to travel up to 80%, and possess a solid understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Spanish preferred but not required.
• Corrugated industry experience a plus.
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and report findings clearly.
• Coordinate with engineering for high-level service delivery.
• Generate service reports detailing work performed and parts used.
• Travel extensively within the U.S. (80%).
