Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Milwaukee, WI region with on-site installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance of end-of-line strapping machinery.

You will work with electrical and mechanical systems, diagnose issues, and coordinate with engineering for solutions. The role requires substantial travel across the United States (approximately 80%), strong electromechanical skills, and the ability to generate clear service reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Spanish is preferred.
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines; Mosca experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain equipment to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and emergency repairs on EAM equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using test equipment and schematics.
• Prepare clear service reports detailing work, parts and follow-up actions.
