Job summary

American Access, Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician. You will install and service modular aluminum access ramps, travel locally, and work with a company vehicle during hours on the job.

This full-time role offers paid training, full benefits after 90 days, a competitive starting pay of $25/hour with overtime opportunities, and a path for growth within a national company. You’ll contribute to independence for veterans, families, and communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in construction, home services, or similar field.
• Comfortable with hand and power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally up to several hours to customer sites using a company vehicle.
• Perform home evaluations and take measurements for ramp installations.
• Install aluminum ramps and safety equipment to spec.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment in good working order.
• Complete simple job reports on a tablet or smartphone.
• Support warehouse team with product inventory and scheduling.
