Job summary

Access Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform field service on customer equipment across the Denison, IA region. This role features daytime hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm), a dynamic, customer-facing environment, and autonomy to troubleshoot and repair in the field.

You’ll travel to various client sites, communicate clearly to diagnose issues, and maintain inventory of tools and parts. Training is provided, and growth opportunities include regular reviews and compensation

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – we will train you!
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
• Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new equipment.
• Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
