Job summary

Responsibilities include attending tier calls, performing scheduled service, and delivering timely service reports while maintaining equipment and parts inventory. Willingness to travel and work varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree in Electronics or Engineering Technology preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-management skills; able to seek assistance when needed.
• Strong customer service focus with outstanding verbal and written communication."
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics; experience working with moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class field service support for Safeline X-Ray, Safeline Metal Detectors, Hi-Speed Checkweighers, or CI Vision machines.
• Attend tier calls led by Regional Service Manager and execute scheduled service calls efficiently.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation; maintain ongoing training; follow MT PI procedures and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; identify root causes and drive first-time fixes.
• Travel 100% US with possible international travel; work early mornings, late nights, and overtime as needed.
