Job summary

A leading electrical solutions company based in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install and troubleshoot low and medium voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in field service, including electrical equipment testing and PLC programming. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Field Service role/Electrical equipment testing.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming.
• Preferably understanding of 3-phase power systems.
• Training in electrical theory and technologies is required.
• Strong background in electrical power systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot low and medium voltage switchgear.
• Provide technical support for installations and maintenance contracts.
• Travel occasionally for installations and startups.
• Perform product testing and report results.
• Maintain effective relationships with manufacturers and vendors.
