Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds independently.
• Ability to maneuver in tight spaces around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mail opening, document scanning and/or material handling equipment.
• Install and set up new equipment.
• Interact with customers to determine problems and provide updates.
• Complete field service reports.
• Keep customers informed as repairs are made and answer questions.
• Collaborate with management and other staff to resolve equipment performance issues.
• Submit weekly timecards and expense reports.
