Job summary

Eastman Kodak Company is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the territory near Indianapolis, IN. You will maintain and optimize sophisticated equipment at customer sites, diagnose performance, and advise on preventive maintenance and configurations to improve product outcomes.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, electro-mechanical expertise, and the ability to work independently while traveling to customer locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years field service experience or equivalent.
• Experience with electro-mechanical devices and high-tech equipment.
• Ability to learn new technologies and complex products.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize equipment at customer sites and diagnose product performance.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and EMA, support services and configurations.
• Manage territory administration including service reports, expense reports, and time reports.
• Perform servicing and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Install, maintain, and support systems and equipment.
• Provide operator training and ongoing support for customers.
• Travel as required; on-call and after-hours support.
• Build relationships with sales partners and drive revenue growth.
