Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair floor care equipment at our Brady Service Repair Center or customer sites. The role includes scheduled maintenance, service calls, dispatch coordination, and accurate repair documentation.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, operate a service van, and train customers on equipment use while upholding safety policies. A high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical school valued.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing floor care equipment.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers equipment or performs on-site repairs.
• Provides customer training on use and maintenance of equipment.
