Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a skilled electrical technician in Minneapolis to test, inspect, and maintain switchgear, breakers, transformers, and cables. You will run high-voltage test equipment and support outages and emergencies, including commissioning new installations.

The role includes mentoring apprentices and junior technicians. A NETA certification or progress toward certification, plus willingness to travel, are required.

Qualifications

• NETA certification at any level, or relevant electrical experience along the path to certification.
• Experience with power factor testing or HV testing preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Pay & benefits

$40.43-$53.91/hr. Daily overtime after 8 hours and double time after 10. Union medical and dental, union pension, per diem and hotel covered when traveling.
