Imperial Companies in El Paso, TX is seeking a Micro Market Technician to maintain, service, and keep micro markets equipment in top condition for customer satisfaction. This role blends technical troubleshooting with proactive on-site service across multiple locations.

The candidate will service kiosks, troubleshoot hardware and software, install new locations, monitor performance, and maintain records. Must lift up to 75 lbs and travel as needed; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer networking or electrical background preferred.
• Willingness to work in non-climate controlled shop environment.
• Willingness to travel to client locations to service equipment.
• Strong communication and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain micro market kiosks, components, coolers and freezers.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on kiosks and payment systems.
• Install and set up new micro market locations and equipment.
• Monitor market performance and report issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Perform routine cleaning to maintain professional appearance.
• Maintain accurate service and inventory records on market parts, coolers and spare kiosk.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
