Vantive is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain electro‑mechanical medical devices across a designated territory. You will travel, train customer staff, and ensure high quality service while meeting safety and SLA requirements.

You will diagnose issues, manage parts, and document service activities as you support hospital sites and care teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and repairing electro‑mechanical medical devices.
• Ability to diagnose issues and apply independent judgment to resolve problems.
• Ability to travel 50–75% and work in healthcare environments with PPE.

Responsabilités

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair medical equipment across territory.
• Diagnose failures and implement corrective actions with care and safety.
• Schedule service calls and manage travel to meet SLA commitments.
• Document activities and keep inventory records up to date.
• Provide customer training and guidance on operation and maintenance.
