Job summary

Visionix USA Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative to support medical and ophthalmic equipment across the Pennsylvania and Ohio region and beyond.

You will install, repair, maintain and troubleshoot equipment in the field, traveling regularly to customer sites to deliver hands-on solutions. This role requires 6–10 years of field service experience and at least 5 years with biomedical equipment, with a proven ability to work independently, document service activities, and manage parts

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of field service experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on biomedical equipment experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing, maintaining, or repairing medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain medical and ophthalmic equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Travel extensively to customer sites and manage service records.
