Qualifications
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to high quality and efficiency.
- Experience with electrical fuel systems, sensor tech, hydraulics, PLCs, or charging systems.
- Able to read schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
- Strong communication with team, parts reps, technical specialists, dispatch, and customers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and build positive customer relationships.
- Must provide own basic mechanic tools; specialty tools provided.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
Responsibilities
- Travel within an assigned territory to install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges with customers.
- Apply and grow mechanical and technical skills through training.
- Submit electronic work orders using a company tablet.
- Represent Abel Womack with professionalism and excellent customer service.
