Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and/or electrical equipment with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
• Experience with electrical fuel systems, sensor tech, hydraulics, PLCs, or charging systems is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics, maps, blueprints and manuals.
• Strong communication with customers, team members and service dispatch is required.
• Maintain professionalism and build positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a defined territory to install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and related material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with customers.
• Continue training to expand technical skills and knowledge.
• Submit electronic work orders via company-provided tablet.
• Represent Abel Womack with high standards of service and professionalism.
