Job summary

Abel Womack in Woburn, MA seeks skilled Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and other material handling equipment. You’ll travel within an assigned territory, troubleshoot with customers, and access company-provided tools and a company-issued service vehicle.

Comprehensive training and ongoing development are available in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide your own basic mechanic tools; specialty tools will be provided.
• Experience with electrical fuel systems, sensor technology, hydraulics, PLCs, or charging systems (a plus).
• Ability to read schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
• Ability to communicate regularly with customers and team members to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges.
• Apply and grow mechanical and technical skills through continuous training.
• Submit electronic work orders using a company-provided tablet.
• Represent Abel Womack with professionalism and excellent customer service.
