Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems is seeking an in-field Service Technician to repair washers and dryers at multifamily, hotel, and commercial locations within the Los Angeles area. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and experience with electrical components, plus the ability to work independently in the field.

The role requires good English communication, a valid driver’s license, and the physical capability to lift heavy parts and operate a dolly/hand truck.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess effective English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service washers and dryers at apartments, laundromats, hotels, etc.
• Disassemble machines and examine mechanical and electrical parts.
• Reassemble appliances, adjust pulleys, and lubricate moving parts.
• Replace worn or defective parts and adjust motors.
• Clean and wash parts.
• Inform dispatch of equipment that should be replaced.
• Drive a company vehicle to different work locations.
