Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems is seeking a Service Technician to perform field service on washers and dryers at customer sites in the Fresno region. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license and a good driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and move 200 pounds with a dolly; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs field service to test and repair malfunctioning washers and dryers at customer locations.
• Uses test equipment to determine condition of machines and inspects operating cycles for issues.
• Disassembles machines and replaces worn or defective parts including switches, pumps, belts, bearings, transmissions and wiring.
• Reassembles appliances, adjusts pulleys, and lubricates moving parts.
• Maintains company vehicle and communicates with dispatch and customers to ensure service quality.
