Job summary

MCC is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Blue Ash, OH, with travel to customer sites across states. You will install, service and train on pressure sensitive label and sleeving equipment, read engineering drawings and schematics, and assist with assembly in the shop when not on site.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of technical school or 5 years of field service experience, knowledge of PLC controlled systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical school training or 5 years of field service experience.
• Understanding prime label application techniques and high speed labeling preferred.
• Experience servicing automated equipment and reading schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair and train customers on label equipment at facilities.
• Conduct and support demonstrations of machines and produce service reports.
• Read and update engineering drawings and schematics used in assembly.
• Assist production with assembling label equipment when not on site.
• Support facility maintenance and other projects as assigned by manager.
