Job summary

MCC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service and train customers on labeling equipment from our Blue Ash, Ohio base. You will travel up to 75% of the time to client sites, often overnight, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Ideal candidates have technical schooling or equivalent experience with PLCs and electro‑mechanical systems, and are able to read engineering drawings and work from schematics. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical school training desirable or 5 years of experience servicing automated equipment.
• Experience with prime label application techniques and high-speed labeling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, service, technical assistance, repair, and training on label equipment at customer facilities.
• Conduct and support demonstrations of machines.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Read, understand, and update engineering drawings and schematics.
• Assist production with assembly of label application equipment when not performing field service.
• Maintain and organize production facilities and systems.
• Support customer issues related to MCC labels.
• Other projects as assigned by manager.
