Job summary
Amada America, Inc. is seeking an experienced service technician to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems at customer sites. You will follow detailed drawings for equipment installation, complete daily service reports, and manage weekly expense reports while traveling within Buena Park, CA.
Strong English communication is required; Spanish is a plus. Proficiency with Amada applications software and line control will be trained.
Qualifications
- A 4 yr degree in Electronics or a minimum of a 2 yr degree with related work experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and repair ability across multiple systems.
- English communication required; Spanish not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
- Follow layout drawings and blueprints for equipment installation.
- Complete service status reports daily and expense reports weekly.
- Travel within assigned territories and communicate with customers.
- Operate, train customers on Amada software and line control.
