Durabant Lifecyle Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to support installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs on OEM equipment across customer sites. The role involves up to 80% travel and requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and PLC experience, plus strong communication with customers.

The ideal candidate has an AAS/BS in Mechatronics or related field, plus at least 3 years in field service, with CompactLogix RSLogix skills and a clean driving record.

Competenze

• AAS or BS in Mechatronics, EE, EET, EECS, or Industrial Electronics is desired.
• 3 years’ experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic components and HMI.
• 3 years’ experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, emergency service and repairing electronics and mechanical problems in the field.
• AB CompactLogix PLC and RSLogix500/5000 programming experience including minor modifications to PLC programs.

Mansioni

• Conduct field service calls for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, audits, retrofits, and training at customer sites.
• Perform mechanical and electrical modifications including PLC programs and servo drive configuration.
• Explain job scope and work completed to customer contacts and conduct training for proper operation and maintenance.
• Achieve service delivery goals including response time and customer satisfaction rates.
• Maintain documentation, timesheets, CRM entries, and expenses accurately.
