Qualifications

• 2–5 years in service or electronics beneficial but not required.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields beneficial but not required.
• Highly computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft suite, networking & system integration.

Responsabilités

• Perform services, startup, training & provide technical support for industrial equipment.
• Quote parts, facilitate delivery and install on equipment.
• Document all maintenance, certifications, problems and solutions of equipment.
• Perform testing in our lab.
• Assess equipment performance and recommend upgrades to improve production.
• Provide advanced remote support for technical issues.
• Maintain a high technical knowledge of products and peripheral systems.
• Conduct on-site application specific and general machine training.
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines at diverse facilities.
